Having recently made several trips across the United States, I can vouch for the idea that one of the most certain ways to destroy your efforts at a diet or even just healthy lifestyle changes is to travel

I'm not sure why this is so, but I have a few ideas.  Think about it, restaurants exist to make a profit.  So, they sell what makes money.  This includes "Super Sizing" food and the typical junk food.

On the other hand, the restaurants aren't entirely to blame.  If you have yo-yo dieted, then you know as well as I do that your "normal" or "regular" meals (diet) tends to make you gain weight.  And, what did you eat "normally"?
